Yes at some time or another we all get these unsightly dark circles or bags under our eyes. These can occur for a variety of reasons with the hereditary part playing the biggest role. With no symptoms to warn us of this impending problem we will just have to deal with the circles or bags as they appear. These dark marks under our eyes tend to give even the most beautiful of women [or men] a very unhealthy look.
